Jan Lombardi, MA (LPC)

I have been providing mental health services in the Tri-State area for over 18 years to adult individuals, adolescents, couples, and families.

My areas of specialization include Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, Emotional Intensity Disorders, Personality Disorders, and stress related issues.

I primarily utilize a Cognitive Therapy and solution-focused approach to teach people how to deal effectively with their various issues. Clients learn to diminish their destructive thinking and promote inner calm and also learn to enhance positive thought and action. My role is to help people utilize what they already know and their strengths to help overcome barriers in order to grow more fully into who they want to become and to help move them forward.
