William K. Miller, Ed.D., Licensed Psychologist, Clinic Director.  Over 30 years of experience providing mental health services, 30 years with Doctors Park Clinic.  General practice of counseling and psychotherapy, limited psychological testing, and consultation.  All ages served, primary age group—adults.  Individual, couples and family therapy. 

     Areas of specialization: Anxiety and depression, psychological factors affecting physical illness, sexual disorders, grief and loss, parent-child relations, stress related problems and issues.

     Treatment approaches: Cognitive therapy techniques, stress management including relaxation training and some biofeedback, communication and relationship skill building, conflict management, insight oriented approaches, and personal growth and self-esteem enhancement.


 

    Gina Trollop, MSW, (LICSW) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychotherapist.  General practice of counseling and psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults.  Individual, couples and family therapy.  Over twenty years of experience in human services. 

     Areas of specialization:  Adolescent and adult mental health, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, coping with physical illness, stress management, relationship and parenting issues, grief and loss, crisis management and employee assistance counseling.

     Treatment approaches:  Cognitive behavioral, psychoeducational, assertiveness training, stress management and supportive psychotherapy.



 

 

     Candace A. Bolton, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychotherapist.  Over thirty years experience in human services and mental health, including over fourteen years with WKM Psychology Clinics.  General practice of counseling and psychotherapy serving children aged eight and older, adolescents and adults.  Individual, couples and family therapy.

     Areas of specialization:  Anxiety and depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, grief counseling, survivors and victims of abuse, parent/child relations, conflict resolution, marital and family relationship issues, and other stress related problems and concerns.

     Treatment approaches:  Cognitive and behavioral therapy techniques utilizing insight oriented and reality therapy based approaches.  Teaching stress management and relaxation techniques, assertive communication skills, relationship building and enhancement skills, conflict management, personal growth and self-esteem enhancement.


 

 

     Patrick M. Flynn, MSW, (LICSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Over thirty years experience in the human service field and almost 20 years in private practice in the Dubuque and Platteville area.  General practice of counseling and psychotherapy.  Ages served include early adolescents through senior citizens.  Individual, couples, family and group therapy. 

    Areas of specialization:  Anxiety and depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress, individual adjustment disorders, victims of abuse and assault, teen/parent conflict, general stress related problems and issues, employee assistance issues and veteran’s problems.

     Treatment approaches:  Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, eclectic approach utilizing psychodynamic principles, insight oriented therapy, reality therapy, communication and relationship techniques and group techniques and approaches.


 

   Lisa Riley, MSW, (LICSW) Licensed Psychotherapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  Fourteen years of experience in human services and mental health.  General practice to all age groups.  Individual, couples and family therapy.  Consultation and workshops on a wide variety of mental health topics.

     Areas of specialization:  Parent/child relations; behavior management; parent education and skills training; stress related issues; coping with anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

     Treatment approaches:  Cognitive therapy techniques, communication and relationship skills building, relaxation training, self-esteem enhancement and personal growth.

     Craig W. Miller, M.A., Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa, and a State Certified Mental Health Provider in Wisconsin.  Over 11 years of experience in human services and mental health; over 4 years experience as a mental health counselor with expertise in individual, group, and family counseling.
     Areas of specialization:  Adjustment Disorders, Major Depression, Anger Management, Anxiety Disorders, Emotional Intensity Disorders, and stress disorders related to general problems and/or issues.
     Treatment approaches:  Eclectic, but major emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy with a strong base of empathetic understanding.  Tools of therapy include communication skills building, conflict management, assertiveness training, self-esteem enhancement, relaxation training, and general support in personal growth.
